ACCOUNT DELETION
Delete a Stio Listen account.
Stio Listen can be used without an account. If you created a Listen account with Continue with Google, you can request deletion in the app or by email.
Delete in the app
Open Stio Listen, go to Settings, sign in if needed, then use Account data to start verified deletion. The app sends a confirmation code before deletion is completed.
Delete after uninstalling
Email privacy@stio.ai from the Google email address used for the Listen account. Include “Delete Stio Listen account” in the subject so we can verify and process the request.
Delete data without deleting the account
Email privacy@stio.ai from the Google email address used for the Listen account and describe the Listen data you want deleted or corrected. You can also turn off anonymous product analytics in Settings; doing so clears queued analytics events on the device.
What is deleted
A verified deletion request revokes Listen sessions and removes direct identity data for the Listen account. It does not delete Stio Photo or Stio Music accounts, and it does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
Subscription and records
Cancel any active subscription in your store account. We may retain limited support, audit, purchase, security, accounting, dispute, or legal records where required or permitted by law.
